Pablo
For breeders

Every puppy goes home with its own record.

Enter the pedigree and the parents' results once, for the whole litter. The family takes the record over with one link and carries it on.

How it works

  1. Enter the litter and both parentsPedigree, hips, elbows, eyes, DNA — once, and every puppy in the litter has it.
  2. Each puppy gets its own recordMicrochip, collar colour, first weight, vaccinations and worming — as the weeks go by.
  3. Handover with one linkOn collection day the family takes over a record that is already filled in. You still see which puppy went to which family.

What you get

☰

The litter group

If families join the litter group, you see how each litter is doing as the puppies grow: weights and diagnoses across the litter, as far as the families share them with you.

⋔

The pedigree as a tree

Both parents' pedigrees side by side, in 2D or 3D, with common ancestors highlighted. Every puppy inherits it.

Your dogs and their results

Hips, elbows, eyes, DNA — each record carries where it came from, so an official result never looks like a note you typed.

If you have a waiting list

You can keep it right here, next to your litters.

One click sends one question to everyone who hasn't answered in six months: still waiting, or we found a puppy. When the litter comes, the list already knows who is still waiting — and who hasn't answered.

Frequently asked questions

Does it cost anything?

No. Pablo is currently free, for breeders and for families. If a paid plan is ever introduced, you will be told in advance, and nothing is charged without your separate agreement.

How long does it take to enter a litter?

If you already have the papers, not long: photograph the pedigree and the parents' results and upload them. Pablo reads the ancestors' names and registration numbers from the pedigree, and the printed values from the results — you check them and confirm. Printed text reads well, handwriting doesn't. You add the puppies as the weeks go by.

Does this replace my kennel club?

No. Pedigrees and registration stay with your kennel club. Pablo keeps the record that would otherwise live in your folder — and passes it on to the family.

Do families need an account?

To take over their puppy's record, yes — the family creates an account, so the record is theirs. To answer on your waiting list, no; they reply from a link in an email.

What happens to the records after handover?

From handover day the record belongs to the family. You don't see any single dog's health record — if families join the litter group, you see the health of the whole litter.

Can other breeders see my litters?

No. Your breeding data — results, litters and your list — stay private. A family sees only its own puppy's record, with the pedigree and the parents' results; a vet, only a record you send them a link to.

Does it work for my breed?

Yes. Pablo isn't tied to one breed — you record the results your club requires.

Who owns the list?

You do. Export it whenever you want, and if you leave, take it with you. The families' dog records stay with the families, because those were never yours to take.
