Terms of use
1 · Who provides this service
Pablo is provided by Tina Klopčič, a natural person established in Slovenia, acting as an individual (no company registered at the date of these terms), contactable at tina@pablorecords.eu.
2 · What the service is
Pablo is a tool for keeping a dog breeder's waiting list up to date, and for keeping a lifelong record of an individual dog. Using it means agreeing to these terms and to the privacy notice.
3 · What it costs
Use of Pablo is free of charge at present. If a paid plan is ever introduced, existing users will be told in advance, and no charge will be applied without an explicit, separate agreement. Read access to your own records and the ability to export them will not be placed behind a payment.
4 · Accounts
You need an account to keep a breeder's list or a dog's record. You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for what happens under your account. Families answering a waiting-list confirmation do not have an account and do not need one.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
5 · Pablo is not a party to anything between a breeder and a family
Being on a waiting list is not a promise of a puppy, and Pablo makes no such promise on anyone's behalf. Any agreement about a puppy — its price, its health, its delivery or anything else — is between the breeder and the family. Pablo does not select, vet, endorse, rank or guarantee any breeder, any family or any dog, and takes no part in the transaction.
6 · No veterinary advice
Pablo stores and displays records. It does not interpret them. Nothing shown in it is a diagnosis, a prognosis or veterinary advice, and it is not a substitute for consulting a veterinarian. Interpreting a test result is a veterinary act and remains with your vet.
A dog's official EU pet passport is a document issued by an authorised veterinarian. A record held in Pablo is a copy for your convenience and is never a legal substitute for it, nor for any official registry entry or pedigree document.
7 · Your content
What you put into Pablo stays yours. You grant only the permission technically required to store it, display it back to you, and show it to the people you choose to share it with. Your content is not used for advertising or to train machine-learning models.
You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload, and for the accuracy of what you record.
8 · Acceptable use
- Do not upload anything unlawful, or anything about another person without a basis for doing so.
- Do not attempt to reach records that are not yours, or to disrupt or overload the service.
- Do not use Pablo to harass anyone, including families on a waiting list.
- Do not scrape or bulk-extract data belonging to other users.
9 · Availability
Pablo is provided as it is, with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. It is run by one person; maintenance, faults and outages happen. Keeping your own copy of anything critical is sensible, and the export function exists for exactly that.
10 · Ending it
You can stop at any time and delete your account, and your data goes with it. Access may be suspended or ended if these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken. If Pablo is ever discontinued, users will be given reasonable notice and time to export their records — that commitment is made deliberately and in writing.
11 · Liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury, for fraud, or any right you have as a consumer under mandatory law, which is unaffected.
12 · Law and disputes
Slovenian law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country in which you live. Disputes are for the competent courts in Slovenia, again without prejudice to consumer rights to bring proceedings locally. Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
13 · Changes
If these terms change, the version and date above change with them, and account holders are notified by email before material changes take effect.
